Step 1:

First, collect the following materials: 2 Trash bags of appropriate size, preferably with drawstrings A roll of duct tape Scissors A warm body (prerequisites -- must have suicidal tendencies)

Step 2:

Second, cut out holes for the head and arms in the first bag. Lack of holes may lead to premature withdrawal effects due to termination of addictive substances. Like air. While you're at it, cut the 2nd bag in half in the lengthwise direction.

Step 3:

Third, break out the duct tape! (you can tell, this is my favorite step, after all, who could live without the stuff??) It's important to note that at this point I still have a reputation intact. Use duct tape to seal the lateral cut formed in the 2nd trash bag. This should form two sleevelike trashbags. Leaving a little bit of the cut near where the hands will be may be helpful. Duct tape these sleeves to the shoulders of the 1st trash bag. Duct tape the head hole so that it will not rip easily.

Step 4:
